Khalid Waleed Al Khudair is a Saudi social entrepreneur and writer, best known as the founder and CEO of Glowork, a women-empowerment employment organization focused on increasing female workforce participation in Saudi Arabia and across the MENA region.
Founded in 2011, Glowork has connected thousands of women to job opportunities and received global recognition for innovation in job creation from institutions including the United Nations, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the World Bank.
Khalid is an Ashoka Fellow, a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum, and an Endeavor Entrepreneur, recognized internationally for his contributions to inclusive employment and social impact.
Before founding Glowork, he held senior leadership roles at KPMG across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Jordan, and continues to serve on advisory boards focused on workforce transformation and economic inclusion.
